Analisis Kinerja Pada Kader Posyandu Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wonorejo Kota Samarinda

Abstract

The general goal of Posyandu is to support the reduction of the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia through community empowerment efforts. Cadres are the executors and main drivers of posyandu activities. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the relationship between transportation allowance, posyandu facilities, and training for cadres with the performance of posyandu cadres. This type of research is analytic descriptive research with a Cross-Sectional approach. Respondents in this study were all posyandu cadres in the Wonorejo Health Center working area, which consisted of 2 sub-districts, namely Karang Anyar Sub-District and Teluk Lerong Sub-District. The results showed that there was no relationship between the provision of money for transportation (P Value = 1,000), Posyandu facilities (P Value = 0.051), and there was a relationship between Cadre Training (P Value = 0.038) and the performance of Posyandu Cadres in the Work Area of ​​the Wonorejo Health Center. Suggestions for the posyandu supervisor team (PKK coaches, Puskesmas, Kelurahan) at the regional and city levels are expected to be able to increase the frequency of training. For the Samarinda City Health Office and the Teluk Lerong Village and the Karang Anyar Village to be able to provide support and motivation so as to increase the morale of the cadres, For other researchers to continue research by adding other variables and using other research methods.
