Journal History
Since its inception in 2018, Window of Health, Jurnal Kesehatan, has undergone revisions to its publication policies. After achieving Sinta 3 accreditation, the journal experienced a surge in the number of submitted articles, necessitating the selection of articles for review. In 2021, Jurnal Kesehatan attained Sinta 2 accreditation, which resulted in a new policy requiring all abstracts to be in English while the content remained in Indonesian. As the journal progresses, it has implemented a new policy in 2024, mandating that all articles, including abstracts and content, be in English. Furthermore, the journal switched to the Inggris template for articles. With increasing submissions, the journal now follows a queue system based on the order in which the articles are submitted and their quality. To ensure a timely review process, the journal has implemented a new system in which articles are assigned to reviewers based on their expertise and availability. The journal's new queue system has been well received by authors who appreciate its transparency and fairness in publication.
