Analisis Faktor Determinan Kualitas Konsumsi Makanan Pada Ibu Hamil Di Kecamatan Sukowono, Kabupaten Jember
Abstract
Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. Angka
kejadian KEK pada tahun 2020 di Kecamatan Sukowono, Kabupaten Jember telah melebihi prevalensi secara
nasional yaitu mencapai 12,26%. Kondisi kurang gizi selama kehamilan ini dapat disebabkan oleh rendahnya
kualitas makanan yang dikonsumsi oleh ibu selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis
faktor-faktor determinan kualitas konsumsi makanan selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 82 ibu hamil trimester II dan III di
Kecamatan Sukowono. Sampel dipilih dari populasi dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling.
Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan checklist observasi food recall 24 jam, kemudian dianalisis dengan
analisis data deskriptif, uji regresi logistik sederhana dan dilanjutkan dengan regresi logistik berganda.
Pengetahuan (p=0,002) dan tabu makanan (p=0,000) diidentifikasi sebagai faktor determinan kualitas konsumsi
makanan sedangkan sikap (p=0,469) dan dukungan petugas kesehatan (p=0,269) tidak termasuk faktor yang
mempengaruhi kualitas konsumsi makanan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan yang baik dan tidak ada
pantangan makan berdampak positif pada pemilihan jenis makanan, sehingga kebutuhan gizi dapat tercukupi
selama kehamilan serta dapat meningkatkan kesehatan baik ibu maupun anak. Perlu adanya peningkatan dan
penguatan informasi dan edukasi kepada ibu hamil beserta keluarga terkait pentingnya keragaman konsumsi
makanan serta cara menyikapi tabu makanan.
