Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe Pada Ibu Hamil
Compliance consume iron tablets in the measure of the accuracy of the amount of iron tablets consumed, accuracy means taking iron tablets, frequency of consumption of iron tablets per day. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge, attitude, family support and the support of health professionals on adherence to consume tablets iron (Fe) in the mother hamildi Puskesmas East Simeulue Year 2018. The study design was conducted quantitative analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women trimester II and III to get Fe tablet as many as 255 people and sample used in this study were 72 people who get Fe tablet using systematic random sample and sampling techniques simple random. The analysis is univariate, bivariate with chi-square test, multivariate analysis using multiple regression test binary. Based on bivariate analysis with chi-square test, There is the influence of knowledge, attitude, family support and health care workers to compliance consuming Fe tablet in pregnant women results obtained α = 0.05 P value = 0.036 P value knowledge attitude = 0.003, P family support = 0.013 and P value = 0.012 support health workers. Based on multivariate analysis known most dominant attitude variables affect adherence consuming Fe tablet in pregnant women with a value of P = 0.001 and Exp (B) = 10.579. It is expected that the second trimester pregnant mothers and the third trimester to increase knowledge about the importance of consuming Fe tablet and the expected active role families and health professionals to measure the prevention of anemia in pregnant women.
